Tag Rugby Summer 2006!!

We play tag rugby every thursday
night in a mixed league in
Belfast.

There are 3 girls and 4 boys on
the pitch at a time.Girls tries
are worth 3 points and guys
tries only 1 point!

We have played some tough games ,
drawing a few and unfortunately
having some narrow defeats aswell.

A couple more weeks of matches
to go so hold thumbs...... 

WEDDING BELLS ARE RINGING !!!!!

Congratulations to our very close friends ,Simon and Julie ,
who were tied the knot on Sat 24th June 2006.

A wonderful day and night was had by all!

May you guys have a fantastic honeymoon in South Africa
and Mauritius!!! What a treat.....

GOLF CHAMPIONS.....

John and I played in the Poultry Assoc.
Golf Day last week. We had a great day
on the course and were lucky enough
to be in the prizes too!!

John won the overall competition and the closest to the pin!! I won the women's section by one point.

We left with handfuls of trophies and prizes,
what a pleasure!! 

Lippazzaner Stallion Show!!

We treated ourselves to an amazing show this
week-end and were thoroughly entertained
by these great animals.

They only start performing once they are 6 years
old or older and have a life span of 35, which is
a great deal more than regular horses.

They lippazaner stallions are trained for 45
minutes a day for 6-9 years before they
can perform.

They strutted around the ring to various classical
tunes and even showed us some arial moves
and even back kicks!!

A superb display of DRESSAGE!!
