Anniversary no.2 celebrations.....
Anniversary no.2 was just as exciting as the 1st one we celebrated, but no house boat this time!!!However, John does come up with some winner adventures and this year it was no exception!!!
On a wet Saturday afternoon, John headed out to Tolleymore Park, Newcastle in N.Ireland to set up our TENT for a night of camping!! He went out and bought a tent (which had a sleeping area, dining area and an extra piece for our bags), a table, and a remote-controlled , battery operated light (how lazy is that!!)
He then picked me up from hockey and we headed back to the camp site, for some pizza and champaigne.
We thoroughly enjoyed the first evening in our new tent, which we intend to get good use out of in the summer.

A busy week-end of sport.....
Saturday saw the start of the hockey season, with my schoolgirls winning 5-0 and our club team winning 2-0
(1 goal by yours truely).
Then on Sunday we got up early and participated in a charity cylce race (90km) from Belfast to Lurgan and back. The 1st half of the journey was quite pleasant, but the second half with the wind now into us, was another story altogether. Please remember that I had played my first match of the season the day before and hence the legs were beyond exhausted when it came to the 70km mark.
After much moaning to John, we made it back safely and are now recovering with a "NO TRAINING" day today.
Hope you are all well.
Have a great week!!!!
